Refund Policy

At South Texas Steel Studs Inc., we aim to deliver exceptional service and clear communication throughout your purchase. Because each structure is custom-built to order, please review our refund and cancellation terms carefully:

🕒 Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before delivery. Refunds will be issued based on the order status at the time of cancellation:

No materials ordered & production not started
• Full refund minus a 5% processing fee

Materials ordered but building not started
• Refund minus a 5% processing fee + cost of custom-ordered materials

Building fabricated but not yet delivered
• Refund minus a 5% processing fee, material costs, and a 5–10% restocking fee

After delivery or on-site construction begins
All sales are final

If you decide to cancel at the time of delivery, you must notify the driver before the building is unloaded. Refunds at this stage will follow the above fee structure.

🔍 Damages & Warranty
All buildings are inspected prior to delivery. If anything is missing or damaged, notify the delivery team immediately.
Post-delivery issues related to defects are covered under our Warranty Policy.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Delivered or installed buildings
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Custom accessories once fabrication has started
