HOW IT WORKS

2. Inquiry takes 1 minute. HFS performs a soft credit check, so there is NO IMPACT on your credit to get your loan terms.
3. Once conditionally approved, you will be presented "loan terms" within 24 hours.
4. Once fully approved, the full loan amount funds directly to the consumer's checking account. This makes for easy funding and easy payments for both the contractor(s) and customer(s) involved.

* Fund up to 120% of your total project cost.
These additional funds can be used for any changes you'd like to make during construction. Example: "Your total project cost is $100,000."
With HFS you can fund up to 120% of that cost, which would be a total maximum loan amount of $120,000
